• insight into James' and Jude's first audiences and their circumstances.
• historical usage of the words presented that helps convey a message that is still relevant today.
• all this in 133 verses and more than 1,100 footnotes!

In every installment of theRIV, you can expect:

• a historical introduction to each book, including a brief biography of the authors.
• each verse expanded to communicate word pictures from the Koine Greek language that bring a fuller explanation of Scripture.
• large-sized, two-toned pages that make it easy to do a parallel comparison of theKJVwith theRIV.
• easy-to-understand footnote explanations and commentary by Rick Renner based on his decades of scholarly research.
